Noir Case Files is a digital prompt collection containing 300 structured prompts designed to help creators develop mystery and detective puzzle-book concepts. The Product is delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase.
The Product consists of creative prompts and directions. It does not include finished, ready-to-publish puzzle books, guaranteed sales outcomes, or guaranteed publishing success.
3. License & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the prompts, concepts, and content contained in Noir Case Files to create your own derivative works (such as puzzle books) for personal or commercial publishing purposes, including on platforms such as Amazon KDP.
- You may adapt, expand, remix, and build upon the prompts to create your own products.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the prompt pack itself (the raw file) as your own digital product.
- You may not claim ownership of the underlying prompt collection itself.
4. Third-Party Platform Compliance
If you use these prompts to create content for Amazon KDP or any other publishing platform, it is your responsibility to ensure your final book complies with that platform's current content, copyright, and formatting requirements. We are not responsible for content policy changes made by third-party platforms.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees regarding sales, income, bestseller status, or publishing outcomes from using this Product. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own execution, market conditions, and platform policies.
6. Payment Processing
Sales of this Product are facilitated through WarriorPlus. All payments are made directly to the product vendor, not WarriorPlus. WarriorPlus's role in facilitating the transaction should not be construed as an endorsement, approval, or review of this Product.
